Essentialism - the consistent search for less in my photographs
Only the fine details let a picture appear in a different light. (I don't know if anyone has said that before. If not, I'll just say it now :) )
This is the attempt to reduce my pictures to their minimum! I love to photograph portraits and try to convey emotions or messages to the viewer. But very often it is almost impossible to reduce the photo to the bare minimum, because for another viewer the 'most important' is a completely different detail. And so I usually try to cram as much as possible into a picture.
This is the attempt to reduce my pictures to their minimum! A project with an open end for the time being. Let's see what comes out of it.
